Tyler Page is the Chief Executive Officer of Cipher Mining, where he leads all aspects of the business.

Prior to founding Cipher, Tyler was responsible for business development and strategic planning for the Bitfury Group. He brings more than 20 years of previous experience in institutional finance and fintech, including serving in senior roles at New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG), Stone Ridge Asset Management, Guggenheim Partners, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. He began his career as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia

Will Iwaschuk is the Co-President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Cipher Mining.

As one of two Co-Presidents, Will shares responsibility for running the day-to-day operations of the Company, with particular focus on the corporate aspects of Cipher’s business operations.  He reports to the CEO.

Prior to joining Cipher, Will was a partner at Tower Research Capital, where he was the global General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and a member of the Board and the Management Committee. He brings over 20 years of broad financial services experience, including as a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and as a member of the legal department at Goldman Sachs. He began his career as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Will received a B.A. and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia. He serves on the board of the Texas Blockchain Council.

Patrick Kelly is the Co-President & Chief Operating Officer of Cipher Mining.

Prior to joining Cipher, Patrick was Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Stone Ridge Asset Management where he oversaw operations, technology, and accounting, and was Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer for the Stone Ridge Trusts. Patrick was also a member of Atalaya Capital Management’s Advisory board where he was managing the build-out of Funding Path, a proprietary technology for facilitating complex B2B payments. He started his career at Citadel and has held leadership roles at Magnetar Capital and D.E. Shaw & Co.

Patrick is a CFA Charterholder and is a graduate of DePaul University.

Gregory Mumford is the Chief Financial Officer of Cipher Mining.

Prior to joining Cipher Mining, Greg was a senior investment banker in the Digital Assets & Infrastructure Investment Banking group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. As a key leader in the group, he advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions. Greg brings to Cipher Mining more than a decade of corporate finance and leadership experience. He began his career at one of Canada's largest banks, advising on complex credit solutions.

Greg is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of McMaster University.
